U n parent américain et un parent de neo-zélandais qui racontent la même chose que nous, en ce qui concerne l'Allemagne; il est tout simplement impossible d'être défendu par un avocat allemand en Allemagne. Le conseil que donne cet américain est de ne jamais mandater un avocat en Allemagne.
C'est ce que nous recommandons au CEED depuis plusieurs années.

La situation est grave et les responsables politiques européens devraient réellement contrôler de très près ce qui se passe au sein de la magistrature en RFA, en particulier quand la vie d'enfants binationaux est concernée.

L'enjeu est simple; se retrouver dans quelques années devant le même fiasco que celui que nous avons déjà connu, il y a quelques décennies ou remettre nos amis allemands sur les bons rails, avant qu'il ne soit de nouveau trop tard.

My brother here in New Zealand as many know is an barrister and solicitor with considerable international experience (studied at Stanford law school and Honolulu), he was a lecturer of law and he has also served as a judge in South Africa, his informed opinion is not to trust a German attorney to repesent your best interests and not to expect justice as a foreigner in a
German court.

My own informed accessment of German attorneys is that they are parasites who prey on innocent victims of international child abduction until they have bled them dry of every cent that they own. They appear to have no conscience whatsoever when it comes to misrepresenting their foreign clients and robbing them of their hard earned dollars. They protect their own no
matter who the client is or who is paying them, if you are not German you do not have a hope in hell of gaining access to your children no matter how much you are prepared to pay them to (mis)repesent you.(...)
